Everything you need to know before our All Schools 3.0

News

With All Schools 3.0 taking place soon, here’s some important info to keep in mind!

Doors to the hall will open at 6.25pm and close at 7.25pm SHARP. Absolutely no exceptions. Doors will the re-open at 10.30pm for guests to start to leave.

Please note, the event does not finish until 11pm. We’re opening doors 30 mins early to try and ease the traffic in the area. Please arrange with your parent / guardian what time you will be picked up. For safety reasons no guests will be allowed to leave prior to 10.30pm, unless arranged prior with M1.

If you would like to leave prior to 10.30pm, please alert a member of staff (with the blue lanyards) or security. They will escort you outside where you will need to have a parent / guardian waiting for you.

You must arrive at the venue with a printed or electronic copy of your ticket with the barcode clearly visible. To facilitate a quick and easy check-in please have your ticket out and unfolded with your ID out. You can display your ticket on your phone so long as the screen is not cracked. If you’re screen’s cracked, print your ticket.

This includes changing the name on the ticket, not being able to find your ticket etc. Their contact is [email protected]

There will be no electronic guest list. Names can NOT be searched at the door. No ticket, no entry.

There will be a small allocation of tickets available at the door for $30 each, however tickets are still available online for $25 + BF here.

You will also need ID with proof of age (your date of birth displayed). The name on your ticket MUST match the name on the ID. Your ID must have the following information on it:

  • Your full name
  • Your date of birth
  • A photo of you

Colour photocopies of your passport is fine. Birth certificates are not as they don’t have a photo of you (and even if they did, boy have you changed since birth).

Marrickville Town Hall (MTH) is located at 303 Marrickville Road, Marrickville 2204. No parents / guardians / any other member of the public will be allowed into the venue.

The conditions of entry (which you unconditionally agree to upon purchasing a ticket and entering the venue space) can be found on our website. Any guest found in breach of any of the conditions of entry will be fined a minimum of $1,000AU + any damage repair cost. We take the safety and wellbeing of all our guests, staff, security and respect for the venue very seriously.

MTH is located in the heart of Marrickville and right next to a fire station. To minimise disruption to neighbours, reduce traffic in the area and ensure the firefighters are able to quickly respond to any emergencies, we ask that you please drop your child off a couple of streets away and have them walk to the venue. If you choose to go against such advice and want to drop off your child right infront, please obey all keep clear signs.

M1 strongly suggests carpooling where possible. Please arrange or communicate with your child how they are getting to and from the venue prior.

M1 strongly advises that you leave any unnecessary valuables and bags at home. If you decide against such advise and want to store your valuables, you may take it to the M2 stall (our food, drink and merchandise stall) and store it there for a small fee of $3.
The M1 Productions Group accepts NO responsibility or liability for any damages or lost cloaked items, or any item brought into the venue by a guest.

We will have our M2 stall setup inside the venue where you can purchase a number of food, drink, merchandise and other items.

If you do not buy a voucher online, you can also bring cash on the night to pay for items.

PIZZA, HOT CHIPS, CHURROS & GARLIC BREAD
If you purchased vouchers for one of these, they will be made available to pick up from 8.15pm. Please bring your printed voucher to the M2 stall to collect your purchase.WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY MONEY GREATER THAN A $20 NOTE.
Please bring small change. Any guest who chooses to bring a $50 or $100 note will be subject to a $30 / $80 minimum spend.

If you purchased a Backstage Experience Pass, your lanyard and pass will be at the M2 stall for collection. Please print out your backstage voucher and present it to M2 staff to redeem your pass. Please meet at the left of the stage at 8.25pm for a 8.30pm tour start. If you don’t collect your pass from the M2 stall you will not have access to the stage.

The venue and event is smoke free. Cigarettes and E-Vape’s are not to be brought into the venue, and the toilets are fitted with smoke detectors. Cigarettes, E-Vapes and Chewing gum are a few items on the list of items that can not be brought into the venue.

M1 is committed to minimising any harm that may arise from the misuse and abuse of alcohol or illicit substances by adopting a zero tolerance policy at all our events. If a staff member or security has the slightest suspicion that you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol your name will be recorded and you will be banned from ALL future events and associations and ejected from the venue. You will also have your parents notified and your details passed onto police.

Look after one another. If you or someone you’re with is not feeling well, please alert M1 staff or a member of security. Your safety and wellbeing is our number one priority.

Strobe lighting, lasers, CO2 and atmospheric smoke will be used throughout the entire performance.
